CINNAMON APPLE SALAD 
1/4 c. cinnamon candies (miniature)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. diced apples (I use chunky apple sauce)
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve candy in 1 cup hot water. Add enough boiling water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Add Jello. When mixture begins to thicken (about 1/2 hour in refrigerator) fold in celery, apples and nuts. Put in mold of your choice. Cut in squares and put on lettuce with mayonnaise.
