PEAR SALAD MOLD 
1 qt. canned pears, diced
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. hot pear juice
2 pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 pt. whipped cream

Drain and save juice from pears. Dissolve gelatin in pear juice, let set, about 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese into gelatin; add whipped cream. and cut up pears. Place into mold. Chill until set.
