PERFECTION SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Lettuce leaves

In mixing bowl dissolve lemon gelatin and salt in boiling water. Stir in vinegar and lemon juice; chill until partially set. Fold in shredded cabbage, celery, green pepper and olives.
