Whipped Topping

This is so good! I made a double batch when I made it.

I will say unless you have a stand mixer (which I don't) be prepared to stand there with your hand mixer a LONG time!

I was making this for Strawberry shortcake and I mixed in a big of "Strawberry pie filling" I had bought to mix in with my fresh berries. It gave it a wonderful strawberry flavor and extra sweetness.

Perfect! Much better then store bought whipped topping, and all natural too with NO fat...I also used 2 egg whites like the other reviewers and beat for about 5 minutes.

Fantastic recipe. I added an extra egg white as listed in the reviews. Not only is it delicious, but also beautiful. It has a shimmer to it. We used all natural cane sugar (vs. traditional, bleached white sugar) and the color is still white. My kids love it and say it is better that store bought. :)

This is awesome. I don't have to buy cool whip anymore. It tastes just like it. I also added another egg white. Just throw it all together and whip it up. lol. I thought I would have to wait to enjoy my pumpkin pie.

This turned out great, just like store-bought cool whip! We did add a second egg white, and beat at high speeds over steaming water to help it set faster, then chill. Once chilled, it tastes JUST LIKE the professional stuff. We are making our own from now on!
