HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut in 8ths
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
6 cloves garlic, cut in sm. pieces
1 lg. or 2 med. size onion, diced
1 (28 oz.) size bottle ketchup
Oil
Rice

Put a little oil in frying pan and brown chicken on both sides. Place chicken in baking pan and put aside. In large bowl mix all other ingredients, then pour over chicken and bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender, 325 degrees Serve over rice.
