SHRIMP AND CRAB CARDINAL 
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
12 oz. crab (have used imitation)
2 tbsp. dry sherry or vermouth
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. finely grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
