SWEET AND SOUR COLESLAW 
Shred a large head of cabbage, an onion, green pepper and carrots into a bowl.

In saucepan, heat 1 cup oil, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon celery seed. Bring to boil; pour over cabbage mixture. Mix and refrigerate.
