ROXIE'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 med. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. carton sour cream

Fry onions in butter until golden brown. Tear bread into pieces and soak in milk. Combine meat with onions, soaked bread, eggs, salt and pepper. Roll into 1 inch balls and fry in butter until brown. Remove meatballs, add sour cream to drippings. Cook and stir until thickened. Add seasoning if necessary. Add meatballs, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
