1/2 c. oil
Chicken
Italian bread crumbs
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Dredge chicken in Italian style bread crumbs. Heat 1/2 cup oil in skillet. Brown chicken, turning once. Drain excess fat. Add 1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce with mushrooms to pan. Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
