FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 sweet pepper, chopped
1-2 grated carrots

Sprinkle salt over cabbage. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out fluid. Mix cabbage, celery, pepper and carrots together. In saucepan mix sugar, vinegar and seeds. Bring to boil and boil 4 minutes. Let cool and then pour over cabbage mixture. May be used immediately or frozen.
