BISCUIT BAKING MIX 
9 c. flour
1/4 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. shortening

Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place or in the freezer for up to 8 months.

Yield: 12 cups.
