TACO MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 onion, chopped 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 pkg. taco mix Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. Serve with toothpicks. Yields 35 to 40 meatballs. |
