VANILLA YOGURT CHEESE 
Vanilla yogurt makes a creamy soft cheese you can use instead of cream cheese or sour cream for cheesecakes, dips and spreads. When made with plain yogurt, it is a delicious topping for baked potatoes, enchiladas or bagels.

Spoon yogurt into a strainer lined with a coffee filter or cheesecloth. Place strainer over bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and allow to drain overnight. Discard liquid. Cover; store in refrigerator up to 5 days. About 1/2 cup.
