SCOTCH BEEF PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 stalks celery
2 sm. carrots
1 med. onion
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2 crust pie dough

Run carrots, celery and onion in food processor. Saute meat and vegetables until carrots are tender. Add tomato soup, undiluted, and cook for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Prepare pie dough as if for apple pie. Place pie dough in 9 inch pie pan. Add meat filling and top with pie dough. Bake at 425 degrees 45 minutes. Thin down another can of tomato soup with 1/2 can water and use as a sauce.
