6 WEEK BRAN MUFFIN MIX 
Makes 5-6 dozen. Batter can stay in refrigerator up to six weeks.

2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
2 c. boiling water

Let stand until soft (about 2 minutes).

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
4 well-beaten eggs

Add butter to above so it melts, than add the rest.

5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix. Add 4 cups Kellogg's All Bran and mix again, then add to above.

Mix all ingredients well. Makes about 3 quarts. Place left over amount in glass jars or plastic container and store in refrigerator. May add currants, raisins, nuts, dates or pineapple when ready to bake. Mix well. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
