EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 whole chicken or 4 lg. breasts, cooked and diced
1 can mixed peas and carrots
4 med. potatoes (microwaved), cubed
Salt and pepper

Place in casserole dish.

ring to boil:

1 can celery soup
1 1/2 c. broth

Pour over chicken and vegetables.

ix together (will be lumpy) :

1 stick butter, cut into chunks
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Pour over above ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
