MONKEY BREAD | |
3 cans country or buttermilk biscuits 1 c. white sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Chopped nuts (optional) 1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar Cut biscuits into quarters with scissors. Mix white sugar and cinnamon together. Roll biscuits in sugar mixture. Throw biscuits in bundt pan. Layer nuts between layers of biscuits, if desired. Melt butter with brown sugar. Pour over top layer of biscuits. Cook for 35 minutes (time carefully) in 350 degree oven. Let stand 10 minutes then invert onto plate. |
