CRUST LAYER:

1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter (soft)
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans

WHITE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix crust ingredients into mealy substance and pat into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 325 degrees until brown, then cool.

Beat white layer ingredients together and pour on cool crust.

PUDDING LAYER:

1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat well and spread over other two.

CREAM OR TOP LAYER: Before you serve, add Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
