APPLE CRUNCH 
3 c. apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of apples

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. nutmeats
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix topping and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
