1 lb. ground beef
1 can green peas
1 can lima beans
Mashed potatoes
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can cooked carrots
1 can corn
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown ground beef, drain, mix remaining ingredients together, except the mashed potatoes. Place in a casserole dish and top with the mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
