ORIENTAL PORK STEW 
1 1/2 lb. pork stewing meat
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Cut pork into 1 inch pieces and brown. Then add other ingredients; cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Add the following: 1 (19 ounce) can pineapple chunks and 1 medium green pepper.

Simmer an additional 10 minutes and serve over rice, if desired.
