1 stick butter (melted) 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 tbsp. vanilla If too thick add more butter and peanut butter. COATING FOR MOLDS 1 c. white chocolate 1/2 c. butterscotch chocolate 1/2 c. peanut chocolate Melt together in double boiler. Mix well. Coat molds. Put molds in freezer to let coating set. Fill molds with first mixture, then put very fine chopped peanuts on top then coat with coating mixture. Put back in freezer for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip molds onto waxed paper. Store in airtight containers in cool place. |
