ORANGE CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 2/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter
6 orange slices
1 pkg. (6 1/4 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice

Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Combine orange juice and honey, set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium 300 degree heat. Add chicken, cook until lightly browned on each side.

Add honey and orange juice mixture. Place orange slices on top of chicken. Simmer until the consistency of light syrup or gravy. Serve with rice. Pour orange/honey sauce in gravy boat and serve with meal.
