RICE COOKER CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sliced sausage (bulk, crumbled or smoked)
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
small amount garlic or garlic powder to taste
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 c. raw rice
1 c. water

Measure rice and water in rice cooker measuring cup. Mix all ingredients in large pan or bowl; pour in 8 to 10-cup cooker and start machine. After bell rings, let stand 1 hour.
