CRESCENT CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 lg. pkgs. crescent rolls
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 egg white

Grease a 9"x13" pan. Spread 1 package rolls on bottom of pan. Pinch seams together. Mix cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, egg yolk and sugar until smooth. Spread over roll mix. Cover with second package of rolls. Pinch seams together. Beat egg white slightly and brush on top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until slightly brown.
