SUPER CHOY SUEY 
1 lb. pork, cut in 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp. fat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (No. 2) can bean sprouts

Brown the pork in hot fat in a skillet. Add the celery, onions, water, salt, pepper, soy sauce and bean sprouts and cook for 15 minutes.
