BARBECUE RIBS 
1 side (2 1/2 lb.) spareribs

Sauce:

1/8 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, diced

Cut and turn in flour and brown separated ribs.

Stir all sauce ingredients into saucepan and bring to a simmer. Pour over browned ribs. Cook two hours on low heat.
