Ham slices
Potatoes, peeled & sliced 1/4 in. thick
onions, sliced
flour
butter
milk
salt & pepper

Spray a large casserole dish with cooking oil spray. Arrange a layer of sliced onions on bottom. Add a layer of potatoes on top of onions. Sprinkle potatoes & onions with salt & pepper and flour. Cut up a pat of butter to place on top of potatoes. Arrange ham slices on top of potato layer. Repeat, ending with a layer of onions. Pour milk over dish until the ingredients are almost covered. Cover and bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
