SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped (fine) celery
1/2 c. chopped (fine) onions (I use garden onions & include the green stem for color)
2 cans drained sm. shrimp

Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Stir in celery and onions along with shrimp. If you would like the dip to be colored a soft pink, add 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Make the night before you use so the flavors are all mixed together. Serve with crackers. Delicious!
