HAM AND CHEESE OMELET 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cheddar cheese
1-2 c. ham
1 dozen eggs
2/3 c. whipping cream

Melt butter in cake pan; put 1 cup cheese in bottom, break eggs, 3 across and 4 down. Break yolk with fork, salt and pepper to taste. Pour meat over top; rest of cheese. Add whipping cream over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Can be made 24 hours ahead.
