Pitted dates

Stuff a date with cream cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg.
HEALTHFUL DATES

Cut fresh vegetables or fruits into cubes and stuff into large, luscious pitted dates. Medjool or Deglet Noor are good choices. Use your imagination for combinations. For instance - papaya cubes dipped in lemon or lime juice, pineapple chunks, celery cubes, or crunchy green pepper. Use tart apples, mandarin orange segments, fresh, sweet strawberries. Scewer a chunk of pineapple with a date.
