VERY GOOD BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. beef stew meat 2 c. diced carrots 2 c. diced celery 1 med. onion, chopped 4 med. potatoes 1 tbsp. tapioca 1 tbsp. salt Cut stew meat into 1/2 inch pieces. Place stew meat and vegetables in large, deep pot. Sprinkle on tapioca, salt, and mix. Cover tightly. Place in very slow oven (250 degrees) for 5 1/2 hours. 1 can of mushroom soup. |
