FINNISH KROPSU 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Put all ingredients except butter into bowl. Mix until well blended. Batter will be very thin. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and add about half to batter, leave remaining butter in pan.

Pour batter over hot butter and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Will puff up while baking. Delicious served with syrup, jam, jelly or honey. Cut into squares and serve while still warm.

Just made this and it got huge air bubbles. I whisked the batter so no doubt too much air. Don't wisk!!

I've made this recipe so many times and it always turns out great! I also love using kerigold irish butter with this recipe because I think it makes it even better! Either way, it's delicious!!
