PUMPKIN DESSERT 
Combine:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix well and press into a 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine:

4 c. canned pumpkin
2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix well and pour into oatmeal mixture in the pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. butter

Crumble on top of pumpkin mix and finish baking 15 minutes or until set. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
