LAYERED NACHO DIP | |
1 can refried beans (16 oz.) 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1.25 oz.) 1 carton avocado dip (6 oz.) or mashed fresh avocado 1 carton commercial sour cream (8 oz.) 1 can chopped black olives (4 1/2 oz.) 2 lg. tomatoes, diced 1 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.) optional 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese Combine beans and seasoning mix; spread bean mixture evenly in 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Layer remaining ingredients in order listed, topping it off with the shredded cheese. Serve with large corn chips or doritos. Variation: Add a layer of cooked ground beef after the bean mixture. |
