BROWNIES FOR A CROWD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. shortening
4 eggs
3 env. no-melt unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Combine in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 1 minute. Spread in greased 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost. (If you desire a thicker brownie, bake in a greased 9x13 inch pan for 30-35 minutes.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

Melt 3 tablespoons butter with 3 tablespoons milk and 1 envelope no-melt unsweetened chocolate. Stir in 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
