HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE | |
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped celery 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 sm. can chopped pimento 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt & pepper to taste 2/3 c. sliced almonds 1 c. grated cheese 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips Mix all ingredients except almonds, cheese and crushed chips together. Put in a 9 inch by 12 inch casserole dish. Top with almonds and cheese and then put crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. |
