WHITE JELLO 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. Cool Whip
1/4 c. cold water

Blend 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Gradually add 1/2 cup of milk, then dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water. Add boiling water to make 1 cup. Stir into above mixture after slightly cooled. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Chill in 1 1/2 quart mold.
