7 c. popped popcorn
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Optional: food coloring

Place popcorn in large buttered bowl. Microwave marshmallows, butter and salt in a large bowl, stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth.

Add a few drops of food coloring, if desired. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and stir gently to coat.

Grease hands well with butter and quickly shape popcorn into 8 to 10 medium sized balls.
