HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. toasted croutons
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together gently. Put half of croutons in mixture. Place in pan or bowl. Put remaining croutons on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cheese melts.
