CHOW MEIN HOTDISH | |
2 lbs. hamburger 4 c. chopped celery 4 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped green peppers 2 c. uncooked rice 3 1/2 c. water 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans bean sprouts, drained 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom slices Chow mein noodles Stir and fry hamburger, onions, celery and green peppers. Mix cream soups and water together. Mix soups and hamburger mixture together. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 10 minutes, put chow mein noodles on top. |
