BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (3 1/2 oz.)
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1 pt. whipping cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 bananas
1 tsp. banana flavoring

Make pudding according to package directions. Cool if using cooked pudding. Bake pie shell and cool. Add banana flavoring to pudding. When ready to serve pie, whip cream or use Cool Whip and stir into pudding. Place 1/2 of this mixture into shell. Top with banana slices and then remaining pudding mixture. If you wish, reserve a little whipped cream to decorate top of pie.
