HAM AND POTATOES 
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
1 pkg. Au Gratin potatoes
3 oz. can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut luncheon meat into 8 slices and place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Top with potatoes from 1 package dry Au Gratin potatoes. Mix mushrooms and cheese sauce mix from potato package. Continue as directed on Au Gratin potato package, adding Worcestershire sauce to the butter and boiling water called for on package. Cover; bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
