ROLLED CABBAGE 
1 lg. can cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Juice of half lemon
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
2 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
3 Saltines
1 med. onion, grated
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. catsup
1 head of cabbage

Mix warm water with catsup. Mix first 3 ingredients in a pan. Let come to a boil. Add 1/2 cup raisins and simmer for about 5 minutes more. Core cabbage, place in a large skillet. Cover with boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove, let cold water run through cabbage. Separate leaves, combine remaining ingredients and fill cabbage leaves. Put in pan. Cover with sauce. Cook covered on top of stove for about 1 hour. Then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
