TAPIOCA JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding (cooked kind)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked kind)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lg. can mandarin oranges

Stir orange Jello, tapioca pudding, and vanilla pudding with 3 cups of cold water over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Mix in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate.
