COUNTRY CLUB EGGS 
5 slices of bread, cubed, or 2 c. croutons
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced or 4 slices bacon, fried
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
Dash of pepper

Put bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch buttered dish, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients together. Pour over bread mixture. Top with crumbled ham or bacon. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
