FRUIT COCKTAIL DESSERT 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Beat egg; add sugar, flour, soda, and drained fruit cocktail. Put into square pan. Top with brown sugar and nuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
