SPOON CORNBREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can corn, cream-style
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
