STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1 c. cooked rice
2 slices wheat bread minus crust soaked in milk
2 packets onion soup mix (I use Mrs. Grass)

Put all ingredients together, the bread with the milk, do not squeeze out the milk, just put it all in. The mixture should be on the soft side.

Blanch a head of cabbage until soft, separate leaves. Take several tablespoons of meat and roll in cabbage leaves, put in casserole until full. Take 2 packets of Mrs. Grass onion soup mix and sprinkle over stuffed cabbage. Pour boiling water over stuffed cabbage until almost covered. Cover and put in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
