RECEPTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin (4 serving size)
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese mashed with 1 sm. can pimento
Pinch of salt
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. finely cut celery
2/3 c. chopped nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Heat juice to boiling point. Dissolve gelatin in it. Cool until thickened. Add other ingredients in order given. Let stand in molds or 9 x 13 inch pan. Serve on lettuce.
